How long before my order ships?

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for processing before shipment. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided during purchasing. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

 

How do I contact Customer Service?

Please email help@hintsofhim.com for assistance. Email must include the following: order number (can be found in your confirmation email) and product(s) purchased so we may better assist you.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We are unable to fulfill cancellation requests at this time. Please be sure to consider if you would like to make a purchase or wait on a later time to do so. If you move forward with a purchase, awesome! We ask that you review and verify that the following information is correct prior to placing your order:

  • confirm the correct item(s) and quantity was ordered.
  • confirm the name is correct.
  • confirm the billingshipping and email address is correct.

If any of the above information is incorrect, this will cause a cancellation to an entire order.

 

How do I care for my product(s)?

I selected the wrong fragrance and/or product, can this be changed?

At this time, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

Please be sure to review and verify that the following information is correct prior to placing your order:

  • confirm the correct item(s) and quantity was ordered.
  • confirm the name is correct.
  • confirm the billingshipping and email address is correct.

My packaged arrived damaged. What should I do now?

Please open your package(s) upon receipt. If you would like a replacement for any item(s) that arrived damaged please contact customer service at help@hintsofhim.com (with photos of damaged items) to authorize replacement within 7 days after the package is received

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we (Hints of Him, LLC) will fully examine item(s) and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damaged item(s).

 

If replacement is honored due to damages, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable timeframe. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund. Hints of Him, LLC is not responsible for how product(s) are treated when arrived in good condition.

 

Shipping Carrier

My tracking is saying my package is being returned to sender, can you reship my package?

Any item(s) returned to our location due to a customer error during the checkout process will not, under any circumstances, be re-shipped to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY (if applicable)We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

 

What if I never received my item?

Hints of Him, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once claim is validated by the shipping carrier (including claim number), Hints of Him will issue a refund equal to the value amount of the lost package for STORE CREDIT ONLY (if applicable)We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

 

My package hasn't arrived yet, it shows it's still in transit. What should I do?

Hints of Him, LLC cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carrier’s possession. Once item(s) is in transit with carrier, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers’ responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
