Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for processing before shipment. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided during purchasing. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.
* NO CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER ONCE PLACED *
Please be sure to review and verify that the following information is correct prior to placing your order:
- confirm the correct item(s) and quantity was ordered.
- confirm the name is correct.
- confirm the billing, shipping and email address is correct.
If any of the above information is incorrect, it will cause a cancellation to the entire order.
Due to COVID-19, you may or may not have to sign for your package under the discretion of the package handler. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time. We are also unable to ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes). We apologize for any inconvenience.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY:
During the Holiday season (November 1st - December 31st) please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for processing before shipment. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided during purchasing. Please be sure to review and verify that your information is correct prior to placing your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.
Hints of Him, LLC is NOT required or responsible to provide a refund or re-ship any item(s) due to the following circumstances:
- held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
- shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
- shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
Any item(s) returned to our location due to a customer error during the checkout process will not, under any circumstances, be re-shipped to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY (if applicable). We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
