I understand in order to complete a purchase from HINTS OF HIM, LLC I must understand and agree to all of the below terms and conditions.

I have read and agreed to the Return  and Shipping  policies.

I confirm I have ordered the correct fragrance and quantity.

I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.

I understand that HINTS OF HIM, LLC is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from selected delivery service.

I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website.

I understand no changes can be made after order has been placed (fragrance, product type, quantity).

I understand if for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, HINTS OF HIM, LLC cannot make changes and this will result in order cancellation.

I understand order processing takes up to 7-10 business days before shipment.

I have read and agreed to the Holiday Shipping Policy.

I understand HINTS OF HIM, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

I understand HINTS OF HIM, LLC has sole discretion to cancel an order at anytime.

All photography, graphic design, language, and descriptions created to promote and display our products or services are created with the intention of being of the most accurate precision as possible. However, inventory, descriptions or service/product descriptions may not always be 100% accurate. If you discover any errors, please contact us at admin@hintsofhim.com.

www.hintsofhim.com reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy. 

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

www.hintsofhim.com and Hints of Him, LLC reserve the right to refuse service without any obvious cause or explanation to the potential customer/client. No purchase is deemed accepted until a confirmation of shipping or a confirmation of services have officially been received by the client. However, we also reserve the right to cancel any order or change our service policy without notice.
